1) Profanity is limited to what is in the Harry Potter series (books and movies). We DO have a profanity filter to get rid of words we find too offensive, so don't try to get past it using symbols or *'s. That's just as bad as posting the word.
2) Only humans are allowed for character race, so bare that in mind when making an application. Only characters who are of age can apply for an Animagus.
3) Links to outside websites (whether you post them or they're in your signature) is considered SPAM and will not be tolerated.
4) You cannot find a dead body, kill another character, or attempt/commit suicide.
5) You cannot find or create magical artifacts. No Invisibility Cloaks or Time Turners!
6) Illegal drugs are forbidden.
7) If your character is in a romantic relationship, show some restraint. Kissing is okay, but threads that are too explicit will be deleted.
8) Don't flame fellow members. Flaming a member is doing something where the sole purpose is to hurt that member. It will not be tolerated.
9) Power Playing and God Modding is forbidden. Power Playing is role playing your character doing something that is beyond his/her ability. God Modding is controlling someone else's character. Both of these are greatly frowned upon at Rebirth. If you do these things, you could find your post/thread being deleted/locked. God Modding is a bit of a shady area, because it's impossible for the staff to know what you and your fellow role player have agreed to. Please, PLEASE report the post to us if your character has fallen victim to God Modding.
10) Giving out access to your Yuku profile is a very serious offense and grounds for permanent banishment.
11) Listen to Moderators and Administrators. They are here to try and ensure that the RPG is enjoyable for everyone. If you feel you have been treated unfairly, contact an Administrator by using the Contact Support link on our community profile at the bottom of the message board. We're open to hear your views, but always listen to the board staff.
12) All role play posts are required to be a minimum of eight sentences in length.
13) Most importantly, have fun!
